We are proud to produce our pieces in house, by hand, as you order them, so please note that there is a small processing time to create your pieces before shipment is made. Our current processing time is included in each listing on our site.

We ship via the United States Postal Service's First Class Package service. Items shipped within the United States come with a complimentary tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after shipment has been made.

Shipping upgrades to both USPS Priority + USPS Express Mail are available at checkout.

What is 14k Gold Fill?
14k gold fill is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded onto its base metal with heat and pressure. The bond produced is a permanent one. It is far superior to gold plating, has much more value, and the finish can last many years if cared for.

Can Gold Filled jewelry be worn in the shower or while working out?
Yes! Gold Filled jewelry wears just like full gold jewelry! Over time, it will get dirty, so make sure to polish it with the professional grade polishing cloth included with your order! If you need to stock up on extra polishing cloths for your customers, you can find them here.

Where is my order?
It's coming! Check your shipment notification email for tracking details. If you haven't received a shipment notification email, your order is still being processed. Wholesale processing times are stated in each listing.

My package has been delayed! Can you help speed things along?
The fastest way to resolve delivery issues is to contact your carrier directly. Weather, holidays and other unavoidable delays can't be helped, but your carrier's representatives can assist in other circumstances.

Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars. All authorized retailers will receive wholesale pricing equivalent to a minimum of 50% off retail. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order & Product Minimums
All orders are subject to a $100 minimum. Individual product minimums are stated in each listing, respectively.

Amazon & Etsy
All jewelry purchased through Barberry & Lace wholesale and Barberry & Lace on Faire may not be sold on Amazon or Etsy. Violation will result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account and you will be reported to the platform.

Branding & White Labelling
We do not currently provide or allow for white labelling of our products. All products are to remain on their branded Barberry & Lace jewelry cards. If selling online, Barberry & Lace must be named in the product description as the manufacturer. Violation of our branding regulations will result in the immediate termination of your wholesale account.

Order Changes
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to wholesale@barberryandlace.com within 48 hours of purchase.

Payment Methods
We process payments through Shopify where all major credit cards are accepted. We also offer payment through PayPal, Shop Pay and Shop Pay Installments.

Delivery & Shipping
Though your shipment will likely go out sooner, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship. We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Nature of Handmade Product
All of our products are made to order by hand. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

Returns & Exchanges
Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.
